The Bavarian Forest's largest cross-country ski centre lies just 5 minutes away, while the Ski World Cup region of Großer Arber can be reached in 10 minutes. There are a wealth of leisure pursuits here whatever the season: hiking, cycling, culture, Nordic-walking, nature, swimming, golf, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, sledging and fine dining. Make use of the broadband internet station in the lobby, or the free wireless internet access available throughout the villa. This hotel will be a WellFitAktiv-Partner from Nov. 2nd 2008. This allows guests unlimited free access to the Bodenmais indoor pool with its spa and sauna area (with a natural outside pond), the outdoor pool (with large park areas) as well as a local fitness studio.

During the winter you can enjoy a buffet breakfast in the cosy room with tiled stove, while in the summer you can savour your first meal of the day from the panoramic terrace with its breathtaking view. Round off your day with a good bottle of wine in the relaxation area with tiled stove. In order for you to stay in touch with the outside world, we offer a DSL internet station. Internet access is also available throughout the villa free of charge when you bring your own laptop. Books, games, CDs and DVDs can all be borrowed free of charge. We also offer a sauna where you can unwind following an eventful day.

Enjoy your buffet breakfast on our panoramic terrace with breathtaking views over the romantic town of Bodenmais, the Silberberg mountain and the green valley. During colder weather you can breakfast in our cosy room with its tiled stove. In our communal kitchen "Futter-Krippe" you are able to prepare your own snacks, keep your drinks cool, or enjoy "Brettljausen" (snack of breads, cold cuts, cheese etc.) which can be freshly prepared for you. An international wine cabinet is also available. There are various half-board options and vouchers which can be booked at the hotel. Please ask on arrival. There is a selection of restaurants in the nearby village.
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children older than 6 years are welcome. All children from 6 to 16 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
